questions

What can I do if my employer will not accept the limits I want to put on Sunday working?

questions

Both sides have to agree to the terms. If your employer is not prepared to accept your formula you should lodge a grievance under the Company procedures to try and reach agreement.

answers

You cannot be compelled to work according to your employer's formula if you do not wish to. Do not sign an Opting In Notice until the formula has been agreed.
