questions

If I sign an Opting In Notice do I have to work every Sunday?

questions

No. The Opting In process is in two parts.

answers

The written Opting In Notice which you sign and date simply says you wish to work on Sunday. In addition you and your employer must agree what Sundays you will work. Although this can be verbal it is safer to put it in writing and keep a record. In that agreement you can say what Sundays you are prepared to work, i.e. every Sunday or one Sunday a month or four Sundays before Christmas or any other formula you want.
