Sunday Working

Am I a ‘Protected Shopworker’ under the Sunday Trading Act? Can I be disciplined/dismissed for refusing to sign an Opting In Notice for Sunday work? Do I have rights if I am a part-time worker or a worker with less than 2 years’ service? If I refuse to work on Sunday will I suffer a cut in hours?
