The Scottish TUC Annual Women's Conference, where the General Council’s work in relation to gender discrimination issues is carried out through election of the STUC Women’s Committee at the Annual STUC Women’s Conference.
This Conference also allows women to set a campaigning agenda for the Women's Committee. Gender issues are also mainstreamed into the wider work of the STUC through the existence of women's seats on the General Council and Executive, where there is a guaranteed representation of no less than one third.
