Once a year Usdaw organise a weekend get-together for young members of Usdaw. The weekend offers an opportunity to meet other young people, to enjoy some serious socialising and to learn more about the union.
The weekend looks at general issues affecting young workers and is themed around particular subjects such as the minimum wage and the problems young workers face over managers changing their contracts without notice or consultation, etc.
