...and if you are disabled you have important rights at work. Just two ways in which the law protects you:

Sources:1.The Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) defines a person as having a disability if they have a condition which affects their ability to carry out normal day to day activities and which is likely to last or has lasted for twelve months or more. 2. The DDA says that disabled workers should be treated no less favourably than non-disabled workers. 3. The DDA says that your employer should make reasonable adjustments at work to assist disabled workers.
