Supporting Parents and Carers' Spotlight Day - Introduction letter from the General SecretaryDate: 09 May 2008
Supporting Parents and Carers' Campaign – Fair Play for Working Carers. Spotlight Day - Wednesday 11 June 2008 Dear Colleague We need your help with Usdaw's campaign to win a better deal for working carers. Wednesday 11 June is Usdaw's Carers' Spotlight Day. Last year, hundreds of Usdaw reps helped the Union make the case for better rights for working carers by organising events on our Spotlight Day. I hope that you will be able to get involved this year by:
Inside the pack you will find all you need to get involved on Spotlight Day including an order form for your campaign materials. Please do whatever you can to get involved and to help Usdaw win a better deal for carers. If you require further information about the Spotlight Day please do not hesitate to contact Ruth or Jo in our Equalities Office on 0161 249 2451. Best wishes. Yours sincerely
John Hannett
