Don’t forget to keep up your union membership whilst you are on maternity leave and when you go back to work. Please send this card back to us (no stamp needed) and Usdaw will contact you about your union membership once your maternity leave has finished
If you let us know when your maternity leave starts and finishes we will contact you about keeping up your union membership. Don't worry if you can't give us an exact date - just tell us the month when you are likely to be going back to work and we'll do the rest).
You can get copies of this postcard from the Stationery department at Central Office or you can download the pages at the end of this text and return in an envelope (no stamp needed).
