Date: 12 November 2009

Religious observance is an important bargaining issue.

Along with the document Bargaining for Race Equality - the right to religious observance, this resource list aims to assist negotiators in persuading employers to recognise and take into consideration the religious practices of an increasingly multi-cultural workforce.
