1. Equality
Usdaw is fully committed to campaigning for equal treatment and the promotion of equal opportunities for everyone regardless of sex, race, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnic origin, religion or marital status. We are actively opposed to discrimination in all its forms.
2. Divisional Equalities Forum
Every division of the Union has a Divisional Equalities Forum. Ten lay members sit on the forum and their role is to encourage other members to get involved in Usdaw.
