2) DisabilityA growing number of disabled people are entering the labour market. This, combined with important new rights to fair treatment, means disability is very much an Usdaw issue. The union is gradually developing its work on disability issues and the disability web site pages. We also hope to draw up guidance for reps on the Disability Discrimination Act soon.
