Use the survey to find out more about your members’ experiences

Usdaw has sent out a Retail Staff Survey (part of the Reps’ Briefing mailing) to all reps to help them collect information from their members about their experience of abuse and violence at work.

It has been specially designed for use during Respect Week.

The survey offers reps an ideal opportunity to engage potential members in a discussion about issues of concern to them and to demonstrate that Usdaw is relevant to their daily working lives. It is also an opportunity to show existing members that we are the campaigning union.

You will find it useful to have some copies of the Don't Be a Victim of Violent Crime leaflet and the Abuse is not Part of the Job leaflet.

Please send completed forms in so Usdaw can produce a year-on-year comparison of our members' experiences. Real-life evidence is so important. If you have any case studies in your worklace let the Network team know.
