The award winning Freedom From Fear campaign continues to raise awareness of the dangers faced by staff from aggressive and violent customers.
Usdaw will hold its annual national Respect for Shopworkers Day in early November.
The event works as a reminder to shoppers that abuse is not part of the job and reaffirms that shopworkers should be treated with dignity and respect.
In previous years the day has been very successful with members and activists in stores across the UK promoting the campaign.
