Legal support for you and your family
Legal Plus is the union’s free comprehensive legal service available to members and their families as soon as they sign up with Usdaw. Last year it recovered more than £18.9m for members either injured or treated unfairly at work.
On these pages three members tell their very different individual stories, but they all share the same outcome - success for hard-working people - just like you.
Remember!
Legal Plus also covers members for any accident - any time, any place - not just at work. It can also provide advice and assistance in road traffic accident cases for members' families, who share the same household.
