Winning the work/life balance
Parents and Carers Campaign.
I think the campaign has given the union a broader appeal because it's tapped into one of the most important issues of the day - how to juggle work with bringing up a family or caring for someone.
The campaign shows that the union isn't just about being there for you if things go wrong. Usdaw campaigns on positives as well, like improving rights at work.
The spotlight days helped me to engage non-members and show them that joining Usdaw is worth the money.

As long as these issues continue to matter to our members, then Usdaw will continue to campaign for improvements.
On Tuesday 13 June this year we will have a National Parents and Carers Campaign spotlight day.
Rest assured, with your help, we'll continue to lobby Government for better rights for you.
