Don’t let thieves cash in at ADM

Tommy Boyne, Manchester General K62.

Just a word of warning for the delegates and visitors who will be going to Blackpool in late April early May for the union's Annual Delegate Meeting.

Last year our hotel was targeted by thieves not once but twice with rooms being robbed and cash and valuables being taken.

This put a huge dampener on our visit to Blackpool. When we reported the incidents to the local police they told us that this type of theft was not uncommon in the resort.

Members might also want to check out their travel insurance ahead of their trip. Better to be safe than sorry.
