Shop steward Lesley Maddison has set a scorching pace in the Eastern Division after she reached the 100 per cent membership mark.
Lesley has been a rep now for the last 11 years and is the only shop steward on the site at Lowestoft Tesco. She has also been an executive council member for the last five years.
Lesley keeps the membership informed about their rights, new legislation, and supports members when they need advice or representation. She has also built up a strong working relationship with the store manager.
This is a marvellous achievement for Lesley, congratulations are definitely in order, I have put forward Lesley's name for our divisional recruitment award which recognises outstanding recruitment within Eastern Division.
