Condolences sent for Scottish activist

From Alan McVie, Area Organiser, Glasgow.

It is with regret that I have to inform readers of Arena, particularly in the Scottish division, of the death in May of activist Margaret Grant, from the Index store in Kilmarnock.

Margaret had been a shop steward for five years and I am sure everyone who met her was impressed by her tenacity. She always did her best for the members.

Margaret had been ill for some years and her colleagues supported her throughout this very difficult time. They should take great pride in their efforts.

Margaret will be sadly missed and our condolences go out to her family and friends.
