ADM 2005 - all aboard the Usdaw bus

Residents and visitors to Blackpool were left in no doubt that Usdaw was in town after it sponsored a number of adverts displayed across buses in the town.

Local activists Lynette Smith, Alan Robson, Peter Smith and Jane Rogers were on hand to give the initiative their approval.

Mobile learning rep Jane, who is also president of Blackpool and Fylde Trades Council, was particularly pleased. "It's great to see Usdaw's name emblazoned on all of these buses," she said. "It's a great boost for the town."
