    A special recruitment drive run during last year’s Respect week brought in more than 700 new members who, along with the reps who signed them up, were entered into a prize draw.     Your rights to working, pay and time off is governed by your contract. If you don’t have a copy of your up-to-date terms and conditions ask for one from your manager. This should detail bank holiday arrangements, and whether you can volunteer to work or have to work and details of premium pay rates, time off in lieu and so on.
