Protecting Shopworkers from Violence and Abuse - Reps Survey Tool

This survey tool has been produced as part of the Union’s Freedom From Fear Campaign.

This month sees the launch of a new Union Reps' Survey Tool aims to address the violence risk to  retail staff. This initiative is the latest part of the our Freedom From Fear Campaign and has been designed to help Reps check that the policies and procedures that are meant to protect staff from violence and abuse are in place and are working effectively in their own store.
