The union has been campaigning for a minimum wage of at least £12 per hour now for workers of all ages, as a step towards £15 per hour. North West Labour Conference 2023: Usdaw raises the challenges facing retail and the high streets 24 November 2023 Retail trade union Usdaw has a delegation of reps and officials attending the annual conference of the North West Regional Labour Party at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool on 25 and 26 November.
