Co-operative trade union NACO has agreed to transfer into Usdaw

A National Association of Co-operative Officials ballot has resulted in 82% voting for a transfer of engagements into the shopworkers’ trade union Usdaw. The decisive result has been welcomed by both unions.

Amy Murphy is elected the new President of Usdaw

Amy Murphy has today been elected President of Usdaw in the union’s all-member ballot. Amy will take over from the retiring President Jeff Broome after this year’s Annual Delegate Meeting (ADM) in Blackpool, 22 – 25 April.
