Dave Gill – Usdaw National Officer says: “This decision provides a great deal of security for Kellogg’s staff and some peace of mind in very difficult circumstances. Kellogg’s staff are continuing to work, providing an essential service by helping to feed the country. It is important that our members know the company is backing them and will continue to do so if they fall ill, have to self-isolate or need time to care for loved ones.
“In this time of crisis it is important that essential workers in all sectors are properly looked after. We continue to work with Kellogg’s to ensure staff are working safely and supported at this difficult time.”
