Our thoughts are with the victims of the London Bridge and Borough Market attack

Date: 04 June 2017 Shopworkers’ trade union leader John Hannett has expressed deepest sympathy and condolences to all those involved and affected by the terror attack on London Bridge and in Borough Market.
John Hannett – Usdaw General Secretary says: “The London Bridge and Borough Market terror attack was a deliberate and cowardly assault on innocent Londoners and visitors to the city enjoying their Saturday night out. Our thoughts are with the victims of this outrage, their loved ones, families and friends.

“We pay tribute to the emergency service workers and others who responded quickly and bravely and utterly condemn those who brought terror to our streets. They seek to divide us, but we remain resolute in our determination to join with all who promote respect, tolerance and unity.”
